This product provides a complete
web conferencing option where you can share presentations and multimedia which can be viewed from any web
browser. One feature is heightened security through a 128 bit SSL
which allows you to discuss private company information securely.
The system works on a variety of operating systems including Microsoft Windows, Macintosh, Linux and
Solaris. Meetings can also be recorded and downloaded which is a
nice feature that allows you to view the meetings at any time.
There is also another feature called breakout rooms where you can create independent meetings of the main
meeting. The host of the meeting can actually enter all these
breakout rooms if the need arises. Instant messaging services can
be used in conjunction with this service. This allows the hosts to
see the list of invitees and their present status.
