“…there are a lot more affordable web conferencing solutions out there than Webex…”  Actual User TechSmith Forum

“My company uses Webex…. The only problems encountered… people sign in right *at* meeting time…discover that they either have no Webex stuff on their machine or outdated stuff. Then they have to get it downloaded and installed.”  Actual User Flyertalk Forum

Personal Review

WebEx ® is a well known company that offers a good service.  The present service offering unlimited meetings at a flat cost is good; however, the high price point will scare a number of customers away.  Some customers really enjoy the features of their service, but they also have a number of former customers who left unsatisfied.  For this reason, I would recommend you avoid their service unless you can get a discounted price making it more affordable. Link: www.webex.com.
